WellieWishers
Wellie Wishers is a 26 x 11min animated 2D children’s series, based on the WellieWishers dolls.
WellieWishers features a character-based story narrative centered on five best friends — Willa, Kendall, Ashlyn, Emerson and Camille. They imagine, play, sing and dream in their whimsical garden. When the WellieWishers step into their colorful rain boots, they’re ready for anything, stomping in muddy puddles, dancing with fireflies, playing with rabbits, squirrels and Carrot the Bunny, and most importantly, navigating the in’s and out’s of friendship through play and imagination.
Produced by Mattel Creations and Submarine, the 2D series was broadcasted by Amazon Video in 2016. At Submarine, directors Anneke de Graaf and Wip Vernooij directed various episodes.
